This Privacy Policy explains how Sykes Projects Ltd, trading as FaceSheet Pro, collects and uses personal data when you use FaceSheet Pro.

FaceSheet Pro is a software tool for PR, events, publicity and related teams. The service is operated by Sykes Projects Ltd.

- workspace details;
- plan and subscription status;

Payments are handled by Stripe or another payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
User content
When you use FaceSheet Pro, you may add or save information such as:
- guest names;
- job titles or roles;
- social media handles;
- event names and event details;
- notes;
- attendance or posting information;
- images, headshots or image URLs;
- facesheets and exported layout data.
Technical and usage data
- device and browser information;
- IP address;
- login and security logs;
- error logs;
- usage information such as feature activity, saved facesheets, exports or limits.
3. How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- provide FaceSheet Pro;
- create and manage accounts;
- authenticate users;
- save and load facesheets;
- manage plans, trials and billing;

- prevent abuse or unauthorised access;

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not use customer guest data to train public AI models.
4. Guest data and images added by users
FaceSheet Pro allows users to process guest-related information and images. If you add guest data or images to FaceSheet Pro, you are responsible for making sure you have the right or lawful basis to do so.
This includes any required permission, consent, licence, legitimate interest assessment, client approval or other lawful authority.
FaceSheet Pro processes this content so the service can function. We do not independently verify the rights, accuracy or lawfulness of guest data or images added by users.

Depending on the situation, we may rely on one or more lawful bases under UK data protection law, including contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and consent.
For user-uploaded guest data and images, you are responsible for identifying and relying on the appropriate lawful basis for your own use.

User content may remain in your workspace until you delete it or your account/workspace is deleted, subject to backups and technical retention periods.
If your subscription ends, your workspace may become read-only or limited. We may retain account and billing records where required for tax, accounting or legal reasons.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and complain about how your data is handled.
